MIF25 x Honest Crust x Winsome at Festival Square

Manchester International Festival is back this summer 2025 and supporting Eat Well MCR with a very special collaboration. For one day only Eat Well Mcr will be popping up at Festival Square selling pizzas with a purpose - to fund meals for people in need.

The pizzas will be a collaboration between the wonderful Rich Carver from Honest Crust Pizza and Shaun Moffat from Winsome on Sunday the 6th of July.

Flavours incude:

Trotter & ricotta - trotter gear, house made ricotta, green garlic dressing & leaves

Welsh rarebit -  Henderson’s relish rarebit, sheep rustler crust, pickled onions

Saint Jean - garlic butter roasted flat bread, roasted bone marrow,  caper and parsley salad

House sausage - winsome sausage , white base, cinderwood greens

All proceeds directly fund meals for people in need. With a limited amount available we suggest you get down early to avoid missing out!
