       12 OctoberThe Little Sri Lankan The Little Sri Lankan came to fruition during the lockdown of 2020 doing rice & curry packs. Then, in 2022, they started to do incredible Sri Lankan supper clubs. Join Melanie at Kampus for a fantastic evening of food and an insight into what Sri Lankan Cuisine is about, with Malanie talking through each dish and how each dish links to her family.

       18 OctoberSomething More Productive with Rice Over Everything Something More Productive is an independent café and bar in South Manchester, serving a seasonal menu with a focus on local suppliers and community projects. May, from Rice Over Everything, has joined forces to bring her Burmese culinary expertise to their offering. Burmese food is a vibrant fusion of spices and dishes influenced by Thailand, China, and India, featuring noodles, fresh salads, and curries.

       19 OctoberHot Buttered, Knights BBQ and Odioba Manchester chef collective Hot Buttered team up with Knights BBQ & Odioba for a day of live fire cooking, cocktails and more at Kampus! Join Manchester chef collective Hot Buttered as they team up with Hulme legends Knights BBQ and Stockports' favourite audio bar, Odioba to throw a party at the Kampus Bungalow all in aid of Eat Well Manchester. Knights BBQ's infamous hand made smoker will be on site alongside more live fire cooking from the team at Hot Buttered. The tunes and cocktails will be powered by Odioba, who are bringing their bespoke hand built sound system plus a menu of cocktails to pair with Knights flavours of the Caribbean. Grab a ticket and head over between 2-9pm. You can buy amazing food and drink, enjoy the music and maybe even leave with new friends!

       20 OctoberTartuffe Chef Gary Weir will take over the bungalow for a one off Sunday dinner with a magical 5 course menu: Welcome drink on arrival 
 Hash brown, tartare of Highland beef, IPA pickled Norfolk shiitake, cured egg yolk
 Barbecued skewer of langoustine, monkfish and mussel, bouillabaisse, rouille
 Tartufflette of potato cooked in brandy, cream, Ogleshield cheese and smoked guanciale, with watercress and smoked garlic velouté, girolles, chicken dripping jus

Together, the chefs from both venues will create a menu that highlights the best seasonal produce and showcases their combined culinary expertise.        25 OctoberCalcio with Caroline Martins Born from the culinary creativity of MasterChef and Great British Menu star Caroline Martins, this Le Cordon Bleu graduate is now leading the way behind the scenes, elevating cult classic street food with her fine dining expertise. Calcio, located in the Northern Quarter, is a retro gaming and sports bar, where each booth features its own gaming console—from Mega Drive and SNES to PS1, N64, PS2, Xbox Original, PS3, and Xbox 360 (Kiosk). Join us for a special Steak & Wine Night at Calcio with Caroline Martins.

       26 OctoberCeramic Supper Hosted by chef Holly Sumner and ceramicist Frida Cooper. Showcasing a seasonal, locally sourced menu in collaboration with handmade plates to celebrate wonderful food, good company and hand crafted products. This supper club will include 4 courses by Holly, all served on Frida’s hand crafted ceramics. There will also be an alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks menu available at an additional price on the night featuring beers from Track, natural wines from Isca and homemade cordials from Holly.

       27 OctoberSuppHER Anna Søgaard and Kim McBride founded suppher in 2019, they met whilst working together at Erst in Ancoats, Manchester. Anna is known for her time as sous chef at Erst, followed by her role as head chef at Bistro Freddie and Kim is the former sommelier at both Erst and The Creameries, now working in the Social Housing sector. Suppher is collaborating with; Hannah Rose Hall (Pearl at Parkhill), Sian Wilson (NORD), Beccy Corcoran (Where The Light Gets In) for this special Suppher edition, curating a special four-course lunch with an optional wine pairing. The event will showcase the talents of women in hospitality with a focus on seasonal food, sustainable produce and low-intervention wines.

       Erst and PipThe legendary Ancoats restaurant and wine bar, Erst, is collaborating with Pip—the highly anticipated restaurant from chef Mary-Ellen McTague, set to open in the new Tree House hotel in Manchester. 
 Both Mary-Ellen and Patrick Withington are celebrated for their use of seasonal produce and expert cooking skills to create incredible dishes.Mary-Ellen and Patrick have collaborated to make an exclusive dish that well be served at Erst between the 22n and 26th of October with proceeds from the dish being donated to Eat Well. The Dish 
 Cold smoked chalk stream trout with fermented green tomatoes yogurt and rye crumb.

       Great North Pie Co. with Higher GroundFor Eat Well Do Good week, Great North Pie Co are teaming up with Joe Otway of Higher Ground to create a version of their famous Oxtail Madrasty, a dish from the Higher Ground Kampus residency back in 2020. This magnificent sounding version will be a suet pudding, served with chips and curry sauce, and available from Wednesday 23rd to Sunday 27th October in their Kampus cafe.

       Hawksmoor ManchesterOur friends at Hawksmoor have an optional £2 on their menu that is a direct donation to Eat Well. Just £2 pays for a meal for someone in need. Additionally, Hawksmoor is hosting a lunch for a group of young people to attend during Eat Well, Do Good week, in partnership with Eat Well MCR. This is part of a programme of experiences organised by Eat Well for young people in Greater Manchester facing challenges.

       Honest CrustHonest Crust have planned a mystery collab pizza which will be available at all their outlets - Mackie Mayor, Market House Altrincham and at the Runaway Brewery in Stockport. Honest Crust are still refining the details but previous collaborators include Things Palace, ISCA, Mughli and Tawny Stores so it's set to be something special!
